How to deleteyour account.

From the Arturito AI app

1. Open the app and sign in to your account.
2. Go to the More tab.
3. Tap My account, at the top.
4. Open Privacy and data.
5. Choose Delete my account and confirm.

Sign in at app.arturito.ai/settings/account and choose Delete account at the bottom of the page.

If you can no longer access your account

If you uninstalled the app or lost access, write to hola@arturito.ai from the email address you used to create the account and we will delete it for you. We may ask for additional details to confirm the account is yours.

What happens next

The deletion is scheduled and runs 24 hours later. During that window the service keeps working normally and you can cancel the request from the same place you made it. After 24 hours the deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

What is deleted

• Your profile: name, email address, phone number and photo. Personal data is irreversibly anonymised.
• Your open sessions and linked sign-in methods (email and password, Google, Apple).
• Any API keys you created.
• Workspaces where you are the only owner, along with their conversations, contacts and settings. If other people belong to the workspace, ownership is transferred to another member and the workspace keeps working for the rest of the team.

What is kept, and why

• A record that the email address has been used before, to prevent abuse of welcome credits. It cannot be used to rebuild your account or to contact you.
• The record of your acceptance of the terms and the privacy policy, as proof of the consent you gave.
• Any data we are required to keep by a legal or accounting obligation, for as long as that obligation requires.

Delete only some data, without deleting your account

You do not need to delete your account to remove specific data. From the product you can:

• Delete a message from a conversation: long-press the message in the app and choose Delete.
• Move a contact to the trash: swipe the conversation in the app, or use the trash button in the contact panel. It can be restored.
• Delete an entire agent, along with its settings: from the agent's page.
• Disconnect and delete a channel, along with the conversations that came through it: at app.arturito.ai/settings/workspace/channels.
• Delete an entire workspace, with its conversations, contacts and settings: at app.arturito.ai/settings/workspace.
