What you need
An Arturito account with at least one assistant and permission to manage the workspace API keys (owners and admins have it by default), and a Google account to use Looker Studio.
How to connect it
- In Arturito, go to Analytics and click “Connect to Looker Studio”.
- Generate your access key. It is read-only: it can view your leads, never change them. Save it, because it will not be shown again.
- Click “Open Looker Studio” and authorize the connector when Google asks you to.
- Paste the key when Looker Studio asks for it and click “Connect”.
- Click “Create report”, add a chart and you are done.
What data it brings
One table with one lead per row, from every assistant in your workspace. You can filter by assistant with the Agent column. These are the columns:
- Contact name, email and phone
- Creation date and last activity
- Channel, source portal and lead source
- Agent (the assistant that handled the lead)
- Pipeline stage
- Ad and ad description
- Property of interest and operation type
- Tags
- Score, expected value and confirmed value (metrics you can sum and average)
- Whether the AI closed the conversation, with the reason and date
The report's date range filters leads by their creation date. Looker Studio caches the data for about 12 hours; you can force a refresh from the report. Up to 10,000 leads are returned per request.
Privacy and security
The connector only reads the leads of your Arturito workspace using your read-only key, and hands them to Looker Studio to show them in your reports. It does not read or store any data from your Google account, and it does not change anything in Arturito. You can revoke the key at any time by generating a new one from the same place.
